3 c. Rolled Oats
1 c. Slivered Almonds
1/4 c. Sunflower Seeds (shelled)
2 T. Flaxseed Meal
2 T. Wheat Bran
1 T. Cinnamon
1 stick Butter
6 T. Honey
1 c. dried fruit (I used mixed berries this time)
Mix dry ingredience together.
Bake @ 325 for 30 minutes stirring half way through
